How do I change my picture?
Click the avatar at the top right corner then click profile. Enter your login details and click ‘Update Profile.’ Click the ‘Choose File’ button to upload your desired image.
How do I log out?
Click the avatar at the top right corner then click the logout button.
What do I enter at the ‘Enter Purpose’ placeholder?
Example; if you are in charge of fundraiser finances for a particular course named, ‘Jack Weds Adriana,’ this is exactly what you will enter and click the ‘Save Purpose’ button to save it.
How can I access my saved purpose?
Click the arrow at the 'Select Purpose' dropdown below the ‘Save Purpose’ button to access your purpose.
How can I change the purpose name?
Click the arrow at the 'Select Purpose' dropdown below the ‘Save Purpose’ button, and choose the respective purpose. Click the ‘Update Purpose’ button to enter a new purpose name. Click ‘Save Updated Purpose’ to save it.
How do I delete a purpose?
Select it from the dropdown and click the ‘Delete Purpose’ button. This deletes the purpose and all entries that pertain to it.
How do I enter transactions?
Scroll to the ‘Add Transaction’ section. Enter the name of the person/institution you are either receiving money from or paying. Enter the amount and select the dropdown accordingly (Received/Paid). Then click the ‘Add Transaction’ button. You will see your transaction listed at the ‘Transaction History’ section.
How can I quickly find a transaction from a long list?
Use the search bar. For example, if the name tagged to the transaction is James, type ‘James’ in the search bar and you’ll quickly find the transaction you are looking for. You can also search using the amount, received/paid, or the date.
How can I know that my entries have been saved?
Always click the ‘Save Entries’ button at regular intervals to save your entries.
How can I delete several purposes at once?
You can only do this through your dashboard. Click the avatar at the right hand top corner and go to the dashboard. Under ‘Your Purposes,’ check the ones you’d like to delete and click the ‘Delete Selected Purposes’ button.
How can I upgrade to a better package?
You will need to upgrade through the dashboard. Click the avatar and go to the dashboard then click ‘Upgrade’ and follow the prompts.
Is this app free?
Yes, it’s free. However, there are paid options with better benefits.
How can I know my subscription expiry date?
Find the details in your dashboard. Access it through the avatar at the top right corner.

Click the avatar at the top right corner and get to your dashboard. Find the contact link in your dashboard.
